CANCELLATION POLICY

To provide the best possible scheduling options, I require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your visit. If you reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, a $25 cancellation fee does apply.

 

Not arriving to your scheduled appointment is considered a cancellation without notice, and as such is subject to the $25 per service cancellation fee.

 

Payment of the any cancellation fees will be due before a  new appointment can be scheduled.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

To ensure that I am able to respect my guests’ time and  remain on schedule, I only allow a 15 minute grace period for all scheduled appointment times.

 

Should you arrive 15 or more minutes late, we will need to either modify the scheduled services (if time permits), or reschedule your appointment, and a $25 cancellation fee per service, as per the above Cancellation Policy, will apply.

 

As a courtesy, you'll always receive an appointment confirmation 72 hours in advance of your visit.

 

SATISFACTION POLICY

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know by contacting me via email at hairbymaranda88@gmail.com within 7 days of your visit. I’m happy to correct the issue at no additional charge!
